Visible light is merely a small part of the electromagnetic spectrum. It more often than not refers toward radiation between infrared in addition to ultraviolet wavelengths. Natural white light (sunlight) consists of all visible wavelengths. This does not mean so as to all wavelengths are in attendance by means of equal intensity; it merely means so as to the light is not colored--all colors or wavelengths are in attendance in the spectrum. White or full-spectrum light more often than not has the same meaning.
The term full-spectrum is more often than not used through light bulbs. Its connotation is not technical for the reason that it is not something we are able to measure or precisely describe. It is more a marketing phrase so as to labels bulbs which replicate natural light. Light from bulbs by means of such label is only less "colored" than from ordinary bulbs. This means so as to approximately all visible wavelengths are present in the spectrum as well as therefore the light is similar to natural sunlight. For the reason that of uneven spectral distribution some wavelengths or colors are present by means of higher strength but this does not have an effect on the final appearance.
